Protein
Protein is one of the most important element of our body. It play important part in defining our skeleton and outer part of the body.
One need to consume at least 60 grams of protein on a daily basis. However, we are able to get 20-30 grams on protein only from our diet. Unless we consume a lot of milk, pulses, eggs etc protein rich food, we are protein deficient.
Impact of Protein Deficiency
